Both pictures reflect my state of mind today, passionate,on the go but physically a bit tired, I blame it on me staying up late at night on my computer.I have a problem sleeping seriously & it’s starting to worry me a bit:( …:) any solutions ? have a blessed day:)

    I’ve been struggling with insomnia since I was a teen. Nous sommes dans le meme bateau..

    1.Don’t stress over it, makes it worse
    2.go for walks, apparently physical activity is as good as sleep medications
    3.No cofee, tea before sleep
    4.Maybe you have changed your day rythm lately? It takes some time to get use to it

      mm oui je pense que c’est ca je stress en me demandant if i would be able to sleep which makes it worse mais je vais try cela ce soir, hopefuly it’ll work, diarama sis:)

    AAAh les insomnies ^^ courage – comme un collègue dit : “le sommeil fini toujours par arriver”. Mais bon c’est préférable qu’il arrive quand on a besoin de dormir lol

        J’arrive trop tard pour te suggérer d’essayer les sons binaurals(aux)? Tape “binaural sleep” sur Google ;) kissou
