Trust me on this one ..I know my way around pastries in Dakar

Yes this could actually be one of my new resolutions..lol

But it’s still 2008 so the verdict is the best place for creme brule, mille feuilles and palmiers in Dakar is La Royaltine no doubt..

You can feel the butter, the madeleines are done just right moist without being too moist..now the filling of the mille feuille is scrumptious…Their palmiers are out of this world as well…

    mais mimi les best fondants sont au seven je tassure
    jaime bcp aux fins palais love their creme brule et mousse au choc
